- managing your own portfolio of clients
- producing Month End Management Accounts & Board Packs for your clients
- our unique approach is to deliver a highly personalised, agile, and cost-effective service based on our deep understanding of startups and innovation companies
- ensuring clean balance sheet reconciliations are maintained each month-end
- at Directive Finance, we recognise that a sound financial infrastructure is critical for a company to function efficiently, remain compliant with statutory requirements and achieve sustainable growth
- producing 3-month rolling cash forecasts for your clients
- we believe that startups are best served through the part-time use of an integrated team like Directive Finance, which includes expertise at all levels - bookkeepers, accountants, tax experts and finance directors - under a single point of accountability
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- previous experience in a management accounting role
- fully qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification
- studying towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA also considered, with the right experience
- excellent working knowledge of Xero
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
- strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to work independently on tasks
