Responsibility

  • basic support for IT issues & queries – external developer support on-hand too liaise with
  • data entry for customer accounts, product creation, monthly promotions, Database maintenance
  • working with Senior Management for operational reporting etc
  • processing of customers orders and credits, card payments
  • communicating with external sources such as suppliers, sales reps and contractors
  • maintaining Imagery on both Website and Ordering Site
  • working with Depot and Office Managers to ensure information of product stock levels are correct and up to date and resolving any issues in regard to system quantities
