- HND or Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering would be preferred but is not essential
- you must be able to have demonstrable knowledge of Contract Management or Project management roles
- A strong understanding of Electrical Building Services installations and Contracts Management

- projects from concept through to completion
- A will to succeed and desire to develop yourself and your understanding of Electrical Building Services
Responsibility
- you will take ownership and be given full responsibility of a number of Commercial contracts. As Electrical supervisor you will need to ensure that these are delivered to client specification, on time, within budget and at profit
- liaise and brief the Operations Director on the status of all projects
