Responsibility
- triage style approach for incoming calls from customers with repair requests
- deal with incoming Engineer calls to fault find and resolve issues whilst they are on site
- keep the database updated with
- visit customer sites with complex issues and try to resolve
- assist with complex installations
- repair returned machines in the warehouse
- assist with the despatch of machines and Spares from the warehouse when the need arises
- assist and Support the Technical Manager
Requirements
- must have a full UK Driving License
- A good understanding of Ware washing, Ice Making or Laundry Equipment and how they work
- able to work well as part of a team
- excellent fault-finding skills and an analytical mindset
- applies previous work experience and logic to the role
- ability to work accurately and methodically
- good numeracy and IT skills
- good communication skills
