Responsibility
- be ‘hands on’ leading by example in customer service, conflict resolution and create an environment where others want to follow
- in line with the companies vision you will carry out and implement our strategy to improve the customer service journey
- develop, drive and inspire the team to achieve the highest level of customer service
- manage customer feedback loops
- responsible for rota/staffing levels to ensure our customer service is at optimum levels 7 days a week
- be analytical to review reports & data and make relevant improvements
- regularly create reports for management with insights to further develop the department
- ensure compliance with all company procedures
Requirements
- experience in coaching and developing staff, to help them achieve their full potential
- confident and able to work under pressure
- analytically minded
- exceptional organisational skills
- excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine and meaningful relationships
- some weekend work may be required
- at least 3+ year experience in customer service management
- customer Services Manager: 2 years
