Responsibility

  • be ‘hands on’ leading by example in customer service, conflict resolution and create an environment where others want to follow
  • in line with the companies vision you will carry out and implement our strategy to improve the customer service journey
  • develop, drive and inspire the team to achieve the highest level of customer service
  • manage customer feedback loops
  • responsible for rota/staffing levels to ensure our customer service is at optimum levels 7 days a week
  • be analytical to review reports & data and make relevant improvements
  • regularly create reports for management with insights to further develop the department
  • ensure compliance with all company procedures

Requirements

  • experience in coaching and developing staff, to help them achieve their full potential
  • confident and able to work under pressure
  • analytically minded
  • exceptional organisational skills
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine and meaningful relationships
  • some weekend work may be required
  • at least 3+ year experience in customer service management
  • customer Services Manager: 2 years
