- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
- build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and personalized attention
- collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment
- mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on technical skills and professional development
Requirements
- proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- proficiency in a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring
- knowledge of current trends in hair styling and coloring techniques
- excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
- experience with additional skills such as barbering, makeup application, eyelash extensions, or store management is a plus
- strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
