you are expected to work a minimum of 48hrs per week, including weekends and evenings
the weekly rota will be conGirmed on the Monday of the previous week
as Sous Chef for Dinner Ladies you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food both at the company’s kitchen at London Irish Centre as well as at events at various locations around and outside London
during busy periods you may be required to work more than 48 hours a week and these hours will be able to be claimed back by you during that week or the following week
food ordering and week organisation - learning to successfully place orders for meat, Gish, veg, bread and other supplies for a week’s worth of events
assist with the week doc and ordering each week of food and kitchen supplies, including updating weekly documents and liaising with suppliers. You will use both Jelly and supplier websites to order supplies and upload daily invoices to Jelly
