Responsibility
- be responsible for New Product Development from concept stage onwards
- build and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to improve NPD & quality performance
- work with existing suppliers to order and organise NPD samples
- work with the sales and pricing team to establish a business case for proposed new products
- brief QC on inbound new products to ensure that checks are made versus agreed samples/parameters
- work in partnership with our QC & Compliance Executive to ensure full compliance for all existing and new products
- challenge the "Status Quo" identifying and implementing processes that require simplification, change or improvement
