  • understanding of legal requirements in regards to food hygiene

Responsibility

  • maintaining the high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
  • maintaining the kitchen records and checks
  • ensuring children with allergies and dietary requirements are catered for
  • ensuring the safety of the kitchen at all times
  • taking deliveries of food
