- to balance the cashiers transaction totals and balance daily audit
- to ensure that all departments receive their morning reports
- to comply with Company Health & Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures
- to undertake any other reasonable task/request by Management
- ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel procedures, the hotel and local area and to know what is happening in the hotel on a daily basis
- to ensure all customers queries and requests are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained for check in and out
- ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel, to maximise room sales and revenue
