Responsibility

- ensure the pharmacy complies with GPhC standards and other relevant guidance to provide safe pharmaceutical services where risks are minimised
- ensure all colleagues comply with operational guidance, SOPs and company policies
- to Support, manage and lead the performance of the Pharmacy Team with the support of the Client Operations Manager and Group Directors
- maximise profitability by focusing on all service income streams. Support the Client Operations Manager Manager to control costs and ensure all colleagues operate in line with business requirements and initiatives
- protect colleagues and premises by ensuring compliance to all security policies and procedures
- ensure the pharmacy complies with the national NHS and local service contractual requirements and all other legal requirements relevant to the operation of a pharmacy
- maintain and be responsible for Pharmacy SOP Management System
Requirements
- GPHC Registered Pharmacist Mpharm or equivalent with min 5 years post registration experience
- able to provide accurate financial reports in line with financial reporting timelines
- experience with EMIS / Proscript Pharmacy Software Essential
- commercially Savvy
- great communicator, all levels
