Responsibility

  • job Title: Cleaning and Facilities Operative
  • ● To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Estate manager / Cleaning Supervisor
  • ● Keeping equipment and storage areas in a clean and safe condition
  • ● Specialist cleaning tasks which may include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, removal of stains, chewing gum and graffiti etc, stripping and dressing/sealing floors, de-scaling sanitary appliances
  • ● Informing Estate manager / Caretakers of any health and safety risks such as faults, damage and vandalism or any issue that may restrict the cleaning process
