Responsibility
as a customer service executive, you will be
taking inbound Customer Service calls from Retail and Corporate customers
attending to emails received
communicating with our Fulfilment clients
we are a family-owned and operated business in Lifton, West Devon. We are based at Milford Farm in the midst of beautiful countryside and rivers on the edge of Dartmoor
we have great pride in our region. Our area is a wonderful source of fresh healthy food and drink and has the highest quality produce in the UK
some Financial experience would be an advantage for invoicing/basic book keeping
keeping up to date with all changes to existing hamper products along with new products that are introduced and made available to you
Requirements
