Responsibility
- as a customer service executive, you will be
- taking inbound Customer Service calls from Retail and Corporate customers
- attending to emails received
- communicating with our Fulfilment clients
- we are a family-owned and operated business in Lifton, West Devon. We are based at Milford Farm in the midst of beautiful countryside and rivers on the edge of Dartmoor
- we have great pride in our region. Our area is a wonderful source of fresh healthy food and drink and has the highest quality produce in the UK
- some Financial experience would be an advantage for invoicing/basic book keeping
- keeping up to date with all changes to existing hamper products along with new products that are introduced and made available to you
Requirements

- great written and verbal communication skills
- strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- customer Service: 2 years
