assist with the ordering of parts for scheduled jobs
as a Customer Service Administrator at Highfield Coachworks, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience
Requirements
GCSE or equivalent
previous experience as in customer service is preferred
friendly and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
strong communication skills, both verbal and written
proficiency in basic computer applications
ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus but not required
