  • handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns
  • assist with the ordering of parts for scheduled jobs
  • as a Customer Service Administrator at Highfield Coachworks, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • previous experience as in customer service is preferred
  • friendly and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus but not required
