Responsibility
- receiving referrals and undertaking pre-admission assessments
- admitting and inducting Clients onto the Units
- ensure comprehensive Support Plans which meets individual needs of Clients are in place
- undertaking audits and continuous service improvement
- preparing monthly reports
- liaising with Clients, family and other agencies
- putting in place individual Client and group activity schedules
- supporting client with education and work opportunities
