Responsibility
- mere Development Group is seeking a Site Manager to join our team
- develop a comprehensive understanding of the site to effectively address queries
- in this role, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of our construction project
- enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations, NHBC, LABC policies, and other relevant industry standards
- conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly
- coordinate all external inspections and maintain records
- our new builds range from 3-5 bed detached properties, spanning 1,100 - 3,500 sq ft
- we are on the hunt for a dynamic Site Manager to head up this new development
