- ensure good communication is maintained between head housekeeper & maintenance team
- clean public areas to a high standard and ensure check list has been completed and signed each day
- daily check of the arrival rooms to ensure they are well presented to the required standard
- ensure that weekly tasks are completed as required
- in charge of the keeping exterior entrance area clean presentable
- report any maintenance faults
- responsible for cleaning of apartments, public areas in the apartments to ensure presentation of all areas meets required standard. Requires a strong attention to detail
- check inventory levels for cleaning and guests’ products for the rooms and control the stock on the weekly basis
Requirements
- an effective team player
- A positive attitude and approach
- A passion for high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- computer literate
- previous experience as a Room Attendant or cleaner preferred but not essential as training will be given, if you have a 'can do' approach then please apply
