Responsibility
- prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including sponge cakes, chocolate cakes, and fruit cakes, in large quantities

- decorate cakes with frosting, icing, and other decorative elements to meet our current quality and expectations
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- develop and test new cake recipes and flavor combinations
- manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are on hand
- monitor the quality of baked goods and make necessary adjustments to recipes and processes as needed
- we are looking for a head baker to build something new with our bakery, we would like you to set up your own kitchen that we will supply as well as everything needed within, We would like such products as cakes, cupcakes, sponge cakes, brownies made in bulk to sell on our platforms and take aways
Requirements
- strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, with the ability to develop and modify recipes as needed
- excellent attention to detail, with a passion for creating beautiful and delicious cakes
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner
- experience with commercial baking equipment and tools is preferred
- at least 2 years of experience as a professional Cake Baker, with a proven track record of baking and decorating high-quality cakes in large volumes
