Responsibility
- presenting our collections and products to customers
- establishing new business accounts
- maintaining accurate records of sales
- attending trade fair exhibitions and meetings, sometimes weekends will be involved. Potential overseas travel too
- reviewing sales performance
- negotiating contracts and packages with customers
- meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits & picking up the phone to make proactive sales calls and assist with challenging questions
- keeping records of trade fair sales.· Reviewing supplier manuals and managing labelling, commercial invoicing, and shipping mark requirements
Requirements
- previous experience working within consumer Homeware and or gift industry = important
- strong communication skills at all levels
- strong attention to detail will be very important
- fantastic friendly customer faced skills with excellent written and spoken English
- 3+ years’ experience working within Sales Support and Sales Administration within the Homewares or Gift wholesale industry
- references
- sales experience in wholesale gift or Homewares: 3 years
- A friendly demeanour, supportive, willing to learn and a real team player
