Requirements
- 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
- qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional, with more than 3 years of post-qualified experience in a relevant role
- office based with the option and flexibility to be able to work some of the working week remotely
- due to office geographical locations, the ability to be able to work one fixed evening per week is essential
- experience of liaising with auditors and preparation of year end audit packs
- occasional overseas travel required
- attention to detail as well as the ability to 'connect the dots 'and identify commercial opportunities and risks
- able to present meaningful data within presentations to be able to tell the story
Responsibility
- oversee the end-to-end billing process including accurate transfer pricing between business entities
- scrutinise, track and report cash flow to the Managing Director, the company owners, the Board and Shareholders
- oversee the company’s compliance of Tax filing requirements in the UK and US with our external accountants as well as proactively obtaining R&D tax credits for both the US and UK
- work with the Managing Director and the Board to proactively budget and forecast sales, revenue, costs, and cash monthly
- act as the commercial bridge between Finance, Sales, Procurement, Production, and Systems & Support for the organisations’ products and services
- manage and develop a small international Finance team overseeing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses and purchasing
