Responsibility
- to understand well and follow the organisation’s policies and procedures
- the successful applicant will work as a Nurse for the outpatient’s Dermatology Minor Operations team
- work as part of a team to ensure targets are met and be responsible for operational targets in real-time
- assisting, planning, implementing, and evaluating plans of patient care
- to contribute and participate in managing complaints and concerns where appropriate
- assist with supporting minor surgical procedures
- coordinate the patients’ discharge arrangements
- provide education to both patients, carers & staff
Requirements
- general Registered nurse
- state registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- ability to act as a positive role model promoting team working, respect, innovation & excellence
- basic IT skills
- proficient IT skills
- excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively independently and with team members
- ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
