sales administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • manage our inbound sales and marketing enquiries using our CRM system
  • be the first point of contact to each and every sales and marketing enquiry that the business recieves
  • book in initial telephone appointments with our Sales and Educations Manager to discuss our products and services in further detail
  • manage the sales pipeline, from our inbound customer enquiries
  • answer any questions the customer has initially, from your initial welcome call
  • have a polite, professional and friendly personality to ensure our potential customers are welcomed and greeted into the business in a professional manner
  • building relationships with prospective customers over a period of time
  • make the initial outbound welcome telephone call, after the customer has enquired about our product/s or services to book in further appointments with them

Requirements
