Responsibility

  • some travel around Swadlincote and Derbyshire will be required as part of delivering this role
  • A driving license and access to a car is necessary
  • this will include, for example, general service administration, the line management of the Support Workers, supervising and supporting the volunteer team, coordinating the staff and volunteer rotas, ensuring all shifts have sufficient staff cover, leading staff one-to-ones and team meetings, ensuring stock levels are maintained, ensuring furnishings and equipment are clean and well maintained, collating and reporting on activity and data and outcomes, reporting staff overtime to the finance manager, responding to local enquiries, management of email services, liaising with the Service Lead, so that the service can deliver on its objectives
  • key Roles and Responsibilities: The Local Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Crisis Support Drop-In service
  • interview Date Interviews will be held face to face at Derbyshire Mind in Mackworth, Derby on Monday 30th October 2023
  • you will achieve this by having strong organisational and communication skills, experience of managing a team, and a genuine passion for improving the mental health and wellbeing of residents in Swadlincote and the surrounding areas
