- efficiently manage and process import and export quotations for Air, Ocean, and ideally Road freight, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- utilise the CargoWise system for all relevant tasks, maintaining precise records and generating reports as required
- develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service and support
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise logistics operations and resolve any issues
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- demonstrable experience using the CargoWise system is essential
- strong knowledge of import and export processes, with experience in Air, Ocean, and ideally Road freight
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
