- deos Staffing is thrilled to collaborate with our esteemed Irish client, embarking on a strategic expansion into the UK market
- develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the UK market
- as part of this exciting growth, we are on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development Manager
- build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- identifying and evaluating prospects to win new business in the freight forwarding sector
- identify and secure new business opportunities
- identifying new opportunities with existing customers
- lead and foster a successful UK team
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience in road and ocean freight forwarding
- comprehensive understanding of the UK market
- exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
- A proven track record of success in the field of sales and business development
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
- good understanding of transportation industry
- strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- possession of a full valid driver’s licence
