Responsibility

  • responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple demolition projects
  • implementation of company safety, health, environmental and quality procedures ensuring statutory compliance across all projects
  • ensure works are carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines
  • ensure that the highest standard of work is produced by all employees and sub-contractors
  • display strong leadership skills
  • monitor site progress, attend regular progress meetings with our clients and their team
  • maintain a strong working relationship with our clients
  • produce suitable risk assessments and method statements prior to project commencement

Requirements

  • CCDO demolition managers qualification
  • minimum of 5 years contract management experience in a demolition environment
  • experience in project planning, cost, quality and safety management
  • experience in estimating demolition projects
  • demolition: 5 years

  • proven experience in estimating within the demolition industry and in estimating strip out works
  • strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and budget management
  • proficiency in completing bill of quantities for estimation and accurate calculations
  • capable communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders
  • capable computer literacy
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to be methodical and flexible in approach to tasks
  • problem solving skills
