Responsibility
- welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux
- develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director
- verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs
- participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers
- represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards
- acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales
- provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in retail luxury
- working already for a Flagship since at least the past 2 years
- relevant experience within luxury retail
- business & client oriented
- confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
- team player with excellent inter-personnel skills
