- manage the bar area, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked, and organised
- handle cash and card payments accurately
- assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts
- work efficiently during busy periods, especially on key dates
Requirements
- previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is preferred but not essential
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for making customers feel special
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates
- knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is a plus
- personal Licence Holders Certificate
