Responsibility
as a customer service advisor at Delivered you'll be responding to customers enquires by telephone, email and chat
your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise is key for success in this role
hours would be 9am - 6pm
our customer's thoughts and suggestions are important to us and so you'll be responsible for handling their feedback, investigating complaints to drive excellence within the department and wider organisation
you will be expected to juggle customer enquires, your own development and personal objectives with any wider business projects, representing the voice of the customer and the interests of the department across the business
