Responsibility
- working closely with Manager
- liaising with factories and customers on a daily basis, via email & phone
- creating, updating and monitoring critical paths
- liaising with the design team regarding CADs and styling for customer orders
- digesting & understanding customer manuals and communicating points to factories
- reviewing approvals internally before submitting to customers and chasing comments
- issuing approval comments to factories/requesting and monitoring resubmissions
- checking and approving fit samples against specs
Requirements
- strong and professional communication skills
- enthusiastic team player who can work well under pressure
- must have minimum 2 years experience working in a similar position within fast fashion import merchandising
- merchandising: 2 years
