Responsibility

• you will create resources in line with the National Curriculum expectations, DU philosophies and planning from advisors where relevant
• you will work flexibly to create resources across the key stages and all subject areas
• you will be proactive and take initiative when working independently

• you will raise queries as early as possible in the creation process
• you will proofread your own work before uploading with minimal errors
• in this role, you will draw upon your teaching qualification to meet your duties and responsibilities, maintaining the relevant Teachers’ Standards
• you will respond to feedback, editing your own resources within a specified time frame
• you will draw on other staff members’ strengths, and draw on your own strengths to support colleagues
• you will create resources of the highest quality which adhere to company stylisation and non-negotiable guidelines to maintain consistency across resource ranges
• any other reasonable duties requested by the leadership team
• holiday pay is accrued and paid for, depending on the number of hours worked in each monthly period
