Responsibility
- we are looking for a dynamic Contracts Manager to join our team
- to ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups
- this position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our continued growth and success
- develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance
- develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations
- manage the client service delivery, which is spread over several locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner
- agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract
- set, monitor and control SLA’s and KPI’s seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the roofing and cladding industry, with a focus on metal systems
- previous contract management experience and a good knowledge of roofing and cladding services and legislation
- must have the ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
- CSCS Card Holder / IPAF / CPCS Card Holder / PASMA / SSSTS
- full clean driver’s licence - will have use of a company vehicle when undertaking site visits
- asbestos awareness would be advantageous
- self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and to work as part of a team
- flexible and adaptable to change
