  • senior Administrator required for an immediate start with a well-established, FCA Authorised, Debt Advice Company currently based in Exchange Quay
  • communicating with creditors over the phone
  • uploading and checking customers letters when returned
  • completing and uploading customer credit reports
  • supporting the New Business Team with customer queries
  • dealing with inbound email / SMS and actioning accordingly
  • general administration and office duties including client and creditor emails
  • good, diligent office skills
