Responsibility

  • working within a family craft bakery with a small confectionary team and 6 producing bakers
  • we are looking for a strong all rounder who has experience of all yeast production, bread production and savouries
  • final production of coating, icing and creaming a range of confectionary goods, small fancies and celebration cakes
  • good time keeping, the ability to work to deadlines and being a team player
  • 39 hours per week - 5 days out of 6
  • having a flair for confectionary would be a bonus! Knowledge of icing techniques and cake decoration desirable
