Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced accountant ideally with accounting knowledge within the commercial property sector
  • maintain Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • produce monthly financial statements including profit and loss accounts
  • management and reconciliation of service charge reporting
  • bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • the role is a full time accountant for a NW London based property company, responsible for reconciling property rent and service charge accounting, and Bank Reconciliations, and preparation of year end accounts to trial balance on Sage and the liasing with external auditors and accountants for preparation of year end accounts for the group companies

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Requirements

  • A qualified accountant or experience equivalent
  • experience and advanced proficiency with Sage Line 50
  • experience producing spreadsheets
  • accounting: 5 years
