Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Responsibility
- support Production to ensure equipment is available to meet daily targets whilst maintaining the required quality standards
- undertake daily TPM tasks and help develop schedules
- actively contribute to continuous improvement of production processes
- ensure Quality and Safety standards are met at all times
- support our R&D and project departments when required
- factory facility maintenance as required
Requirements
- ideally qualified to BTEC HNC/ONC level within a manufacturing/engineering discipline
- >10 years manufacturing experience
- experience of working in a fast-paced demanding environment
- experience of automated manufacturing equipment
- knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and ability to continuously improve processes
- manufacturing: 10 years
- portsmouth, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- fareham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
