- preparing and sending invoices and delivery notes to clients and suppliers
- tracking DPD parcel status and ensuring that all escalation cases are solved
- creating new jobs on the DCG UK system
- liasing with the Transport Department or third-party hauliers for vehicle booking
Requirements
- excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively resolve and manage client relationships
- ability to work well under deadlines and manage your own time while handling multiple tasks
- problem solving skills to identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance the customer experience
