pricing and Minimum Stay Management: Evaluate and adjust minimum stay requirements and pricing restrictions to maximize sales
guest Engagement: Personally engage with prospective and previous guests via various communication channels, including calls, emails, and messaging apps, to secure bookings. Implement late availability communications effectively
Requirements
proven experience in sales strategy development and execution, preferably in the hospitality or related industry
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
knowledge of OTA platforms and online booking systems
attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
