  • lead Management: Catalog and regularly update inbound inquiries, leaving no inquiry unattended. Implement a rigorous follow-up process
  • availability Optimization: Analyze and optimize our availability grid, ensuring the maximum utilization of room nights
  • pricing and Minimum Stay Management: Evaluate and adjust minimum stay requirements and pricing restrictions to maximize sales
  • guest Engagement: Personally engage with prospective and previous guests via various communication channels, including calls, emails, and messaging apps, to secure bookings. Implement late availability communications effectively

Requirements

  • proven experience in sales strategy development and execution, preferably in the hospitality or related industry
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
