Requirements

  • applicants should have good grades in an IT related subject and demonstrate some understanding of IT software and hardware
  • the candidate should be flexible, organised, hardworking and reliable
  • any relevant work experience would be an advantage
  • training Provided
  • the successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term 12-month contract
  • this contract may be extended on successful completion of the apprenticeship
  • applicants should have good communication skills as well as being approachable, friendly and have an eagerness to learn
  • successful candidates will be placed on an approved programme of training through the Modern Apprenticeship Scheme such as a SVQ Level 2 or 3 in IT & Telecommunications

Responsibility

  • being responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, security and tracking of all Daysoft IT Assets
  • providing a timely, friendly, reliable service to all IT users within the company by phone, email, face to face and remotely
