  • \* Minimum Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare
  • \* At least two years’ experience of working in a day care setting

  • \* A competent understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements and standards and current legislation
  • \* The ability to lead a room and all that that role encompasses
  • \* The willingness to lead by example and be an excellent role model to both children and staff

  • \* Confident computer skills, using a variety of programs and online platforms
