Responsibility

  • assisting and working closely with office Director to grow client base
  • assist with marketing activities, online videos, running of Facebook groups and networking
  • assist with Managing work flows
  • reviewing work of more junior staff and training
  • assist with improvement of systems and video guides
  • staying up to date with latest accounting software updates and releases

Requirements

  • at least 5 years of experience in a practice environment
  • at least AAT Level 4 qualified or qualified by experience
  • previous Client Manager level experience
  • xero, Receiptbank, Xavier Analytics and GoProposal experience
  • comfortable producing video content for clients and staff
  • accounts practice: 5 years
