Responsibility
- ensure all deliveries are unloaded and loaded safely using the correct equipment for handling and moving all freight
- adhere to the H&S controls and procedures in place
- this interesting role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative to receive, store, pick and despatch freight into and out of the warehouse at Dartford
- handle all freight and equipment with due care and attention
- represent Davies Turner to all parties in a professional manner
- use of a handheld scanner for scanning freight and in and out of the warehouse and ensuring corresponds with the appropriate paperwork
- this position is based at Crossways Business Park in Dartford, which has good road, bus and rail links. In addition, you will need the right to work in the UK – we are not able sponsor work permits
