Requirements
an excellent knowledge of computer programmes
have proficient writing and literacy skills
self-motivated, methodical and confident
previous administrative experience in property
development/construction industry an advantage
well presented, enthusiastic individual who is committed to high levels of organisation and customer service, with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate excellent administrative skills, plus be able to prioritise and organise own work load
