Responsibility

  • manage the installation team on site and ensure they meet the project requirements and deadlines
  • liaise with the Main Contractor to coordinate the installation process
  • attend daily meetings to update the project team on progress and report any issues
  • manage health and safety on site, including conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • manage deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct quantity
  • conduct quality control and snagging checks to ensure that work meets the required standards
  • sign off completed rooms and handover to the main contractor
  • liaise with the internal project team to ensure timely delivery of required materials
