Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • working from these schedules to produce quotations and sales invoices for clients and also to place orders with suppliers
  • monitoring orders through to delivery
  • liaising with suppliers and obtaining costs
  • entering Purchase Ledger onto Sage
  • monthly reconciliation of business credit card account
  • dealing with all financial paperwork and filing
  • ensuring the general smooth running of the office, ordering stationery and supplies etc
  • providing general administrative and clerical support to the directors as needed, as well as assisting with interior design schemes

Requirements

  • proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • sage Accounting Software experience preferable
  • book-keeping experience
  • ability to work quickly and accurately
  • good administration/organisation skills
  • good communication skills
  • ideally, an interest and or flair for interior design
