Responsibility
managing a portfolio of property sales from point of listing through to completion
generating viewings, new instructions and negotiating offers on properties. Handling all enquiries via the various channels
collating information and appropriate client documentation throughout the sales process
communicating with all parties to ensure the property transaction is completed in the required timeframe
managing all software systems including CRM
arranging appointments with various parties in the sales process – liaising with solicitors and third party providers
Requirements
2 years
excellent communication skills , articulate and with a ‘can do, Customer first’ mentality
disciplined, resilient and well organised to manage Customer Expectations with a high level of trust and confidentiality
the ability to plan, time manage and problem solve with meticulous attention to detail
full knowledge of the property ‘law’ with a relevant, recognised qualification
good technology skills plus an excellent understanding of CRM
A proven track record in Estate Agency with a ‘high energy’ approach and full understanding of the property sales process from initial enquiry to sales completion with a strong track record in sales negotiation and closing sales
highly driven and enthusiastic with the proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers – a good influencer and negotiator
