Responsibility
- the successful candidate will require recent previous senior payroll experience, and knowledge of Brightpay would be an advantage
- due to the continued growth within our firm, we are now looking for a Payroll Manager to lead our busy and expanding payroll bureau
- in this role you will be responsible for the preparation of payroll for a large number of our clients, together with the managerial responsibility ensuring all payroll requirements for our clients which are serviced by our payroll bureau are met
- your duties will cover the weekly, fortnightly and monthly processing of wages from start to finish, which includes processing, submitting and arranging the payment of any Workplace Pension Contributions, collating all necessary data from clients, providing them with wage slips, any necessary reports and also advising them of PAYE amounts due to HMRC on a monthly or quarterly basis
- this role would also include the preparation and submission of Contractors Monthly Returns for a number of our clients, forwarding on payment statements to clients and advising them of the payments due to HMRC
