  • property management of communal areas and building maintenance of residential blocks
  • regular site inspections and keeping a log and record of any issues discovered
  • attend client meetings and AGMs
  • liaising with contractors to obtain the quotations for all works
  • visiting sites to ensure works are carried out to the correct standard
  • organising EICRs, HSFRAs and any other health & safety regulations required
  • completing a LPE1 for flat sales
  • organising insurance renewals and dealing with insurance claims
