Responsibility
- acting as first point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- preparing/reviewing management and statutory accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
- assisting clients with cash flow/budgeting advice
- completing/reviewing VAT returns
- preparing tax returns
- assisting clients with day-to-day queries
- sharing your technical knowledge and experience with colleagues and fostering a supportive environment
- offering advice and suggestions for improvements
Requirements
- be ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience
- have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- have extensive experience of preparing year end accounts
- demonstrate excellence in current accounting standards, legislation, technical issues, and related matters
- have good working knowledge of accounting software
- have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- practise Accounting: 3 years
