  • candidate must be very customer orientated and self motivated, have a positive outlook and be professional in approach at all times
  • this is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30 and every other Saturday 9am - 13.00

  • this is a very busy role within a local garage/MOT station, the role will suit someone who is keen to develop a career in customer services and willing to learn all aspects of the service advisor role, you will need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment, duties will include organising the workshop on a daily basis, dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone, monitoring jobs through the workshop, liaising with supplier, invoice handling, data input, candidate must be computer literate
  • the chosen candidate will ideally have some experience in a customer facing role, reception/motor trade experience would be an advantage but not essential
