Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • liaising with clients and third parties both verbally and written
  • we deal with Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT & Tax along with Retirement Planning
  • maintaining records and databases
  • preparing correspondence
  • generating Annual report packs including valuations and reports
  • producing Illustrations
  • adviser pipeline management
  • IFA Administration supporting role within an established award winning Independent Financial Advisers based in Shrewsbury, to provide support to the Financial Advisers within the office environment

Requirements

  • an interest in finances and/or investments
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • previous experience using Defaqto, FE analytics is desirable but not essential
  • to pass probation there are a series of short compliance, money laundering and basic knowledge tests
  • technical knowledge may be validated from time to time through internal assessments
  • support, funding and incentives are available for industry examinations
